First, the hiking tour starts at Kolugljúfur, which is one of Hunathing’s natural wonders. Kolugljúfur canyon is about 20 to 25 meters deep, where the waterfall Kolufoss streams into the canyon. Visitors will view the canyon and waterfall from above making it an extremely unique view point. This is one of the “must see” places on your way through North Iceland.
Next, is a beautiful walk along the river Víðidalsá. Its spring waters is one of the best known rivers in the country. Víðidalsá is also acknowledged as one of the best salmon and sea trout fishing rivers in the country.
Then, your next stop is the breathtaking Bergárfoss waterfall.
And finally, the tour’s show stopper is Ferðamannaklettar, a unique rock formation and one of the least visited natural gems in the area that are well worth the experience.

No minimum nor maximum participants, however, if more than 4 then it is necessary for guests to drive themselves to Kolugljúfur.
Price: 40.000 ISK for 5 or fewer and then 8.000 ISK per add-on-person. Small fee for pick up if needed.
